Delivery to the UK
1. Our standard UK delivery costs £4.99 and is via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For.
We aim to dispatch your order within two (2) days, if ordered before 12:00pm. Delivery should take up to three (3) working days, so your order should be with you in three to five (3-5) working days. Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. Please note that deliveries to the UK islands and Northern Ireland may take a little longer. Please also see the 'General Delivery Information' below.
2. We offer the option to upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For at a cost of £7.99
We aim to dispatch your order same day, if ordered before 12:00pm. Delivery should take one to two (1-2) working days, so your order should be with you in one to three (1-3) working days, though please remember that this is NOT a guaranteed service by Royal Mail, therefore we cannot guarantee that this service will be with you within this time (if you need next a day service, please see below). Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
3. We also offer the option to upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1:00pm at a cost of £11.99
This is a guaranteed next-working day service. Your order will be given top priority handling and if ordered before 12:00pm will be shipped the same day. Delivery will be next-working day before 1:00pm. Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Delivery to Europe
We can deliver to Europe - please email us with the product codes of the items you wish to purchase and your full delivery address and we will send you a shipping price.
We may use a variety of methods, including Royal Mail or different courriers and aim to dispatch your order on the same day if ordered before 12:00pm, but please allow two (2) working days at busy periods. Delivery should take between five and seven (5-7) working days, so your order should be with you in three to nine (3-9) working days. Please note that working days do not include Saturday, Sunday or UK Bank Holidays. Some specific European destinations may take a little longer and there may be other holidays in certain countries that could dely deliveries even longer. Delivery to the Rest of the World
Please email us at email@example.com for a quote to send items to your country. Please include the item(s) you are interested in and your full delivery address. Please also see the 'General Delivery Information' below. Please note that you may be liable to pay extra taxes, customs charges and/or other surcharges for delivery of goods to your country, therefore it is advisable to check before ordering. TriActive Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any surcharges arising from your order.
Split Shipments of Goods
Most of the multi items ordered from us will be shipped together, at the same time, in the same consignment. Very occasionally it may be necessary to send out items separately, at different times. If this is unavoidable, we will contact you before shipment. No further payment will be necessary.
General Delivery Information
Please note that we use a 'signed for' service for most of our deliveries, to provide as much protection for customers and ourselves. Because of this we cannot accept nor fulfil requests to leave parcels anywhere, without them being signed for.
We cannot guarantee delivery days, specific Saturday deliveries or times, as we are wholly reliant on third-party services that are beyond our control. We can provide faster and guaranteed services, though these will be subject to the current extra charges depending on the service required. Although we will make all efforts to ensure a speedy and hassle-free delivery, TriActive Limited cannot be held responsible for matters beyond our control, for example and not limited to, industrial action, adverse weather conditions or any other disruption to the third-party service providers.
Please also note that deliveries may be delayed at peak triathlon/sporting event times and general peak seasonal times.
